How many students are in each class?

Our classes are set up for 8 students. But we can accomodate up to 12 if necessary, under special circumstances. If you have more than 8 students, please contact us and we will always do our best to accomodate.

Is there a minimum number of students that must register for the class?

Our policy is to maintain the class schedule as listed if a minimum of 4 students are registered one month prior to the beginning of class. If enough students are not signed up one month in advance of the first scheduled class date, each student will be notified and offered a seat in another class or a refund.

I don’t see a class anywhere in my area. Can you provide trainings in addition to the current calendar?

Yes we can! We can either schedule another class in your city. Or if you have enough students that you wish to send to training, we can even provide an onsite training at your facility. Please contact us for more details regarding all of your available training options.

Most of the training courses indicate they are for programming. Do you offer maintenance trainings that focus on troubleshooting for our technicians?

Absolutely. Our classes listed in the calendar are designed to follow the curriculum as outlined. But GATS can customize any training we offer to focus on troubleshooting and monitoring the equipment. Normally in these cases, our clients have given us specific areas of emphasis they want us to cover. We have no problem with that. We want all of our classes to meet your training needs. And if the class is just for your students, we will do our best to arrange the class to cater to your needs.
